The KunAqua Six
Every KunAqua session begins with six walking patterns performed slowly in chest-depth water.
Walking is the most repeated movement in human life, yet it is rarely examined. Over time small imbalances accumulate — one hip pushes harder, one shoulder rotates more, one foot lands heavier.
